Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

First time going into Topshop in Edinburgh, it is so much better than the one where I came from! ;)
Quickly browsed around and got a few things and when I was at the till,  a little black box caught my attention, which was a 'Fashion Targets Breast cancer' box full of pins and bracelets. I personally like charity fund raising and so I got the bracelet to show my support!
This FTBC is 'Breakthrough Breast Cancer's flagship fashion campaign', founded by Ralph Lauren in 1994 after losing his close friend to breast cancer and launched in the UK in 1996, the campaign has rasied over £10.5 million for the work of Breakthrough Breast Cancer.'

then went to H.N with my brother for a final last minute shop! unfortunately, only he got some stuff.. :(

Charity society Xmas Meal

Even though it was snowing, I had a really good Christmas night out with the Charity society members!
Love that we all dressed up, girls were wearing dresses with heels and full make up on and guys were dressed up smart!
I think the many years that I have been in England, I started to fall in love with the British culture that people would make an effot to make themselves look great and dressed up nicely when they are out for meal and drinks compare to Hong Kong culture! In Hong Kong, not everyone would dressed up for festivals, and sometimes when I am invited to meal and drinks, I tend to overdressed!
I do believe that not only expensive outfit would make you look good, it is the effort you put in, even a little black dress from Primark would do the magic!

I love the fact that I am chinese and living in the British culture..

Merry Chritmas everyone!

Relax

Yesterday was the happiest time ever in months because I managed to hand in my reports on time and one which is 2 days early!
So it's time for me to do some shopping to treat myself for all the hard work/effort I have put into the reports.
I have started to fall in love with Topshop recently, dont know why but everytime I go in, there's always something I like and would take home! So I bought a black blazar, a black shirt (see through with gold buttons), a muddy orangy top with back zip and a navy knitted cape! Love them all so much!
And of course going into Starbucks for a mini break!
I love Christmas time at Starbucks, they always have the best atmosphere in store. Love their christmassy coffee range called The Joy of Christmas, Gingerbread latte, Peppermint mocha and Caramel brulee latte. Also my favourite- Black forest cupcakes!

13 more days till Christmas~

After 2 snowy weeks, finally the temperature is reaching 5'c. I was out in town during the weekend and was so happy to see people doing their Xmas shopping..
And I wish my mum was here to go Xmas shopping together! But luckily, my lovely friend kept me company! Thank you so much x
Everyone was busy doing Xmas shopping, but I just shopped around as usual, buying little things to treat myself... ^^
Going into town to look for things are difficult, so I went online shopping and while browsing, I found an amazing Xmas ad campaign by Kate Spade. I personally quite like her accessories collection especially they are not over priced!
Kate Spade's new holiday ad campaign is so Christmassy , I love how the accessories are displayed, it looks exaggerate but that is what Christmas is all about, COLOURFUL and FUN!

Rainy Days

Rainy Saturday
Rainy Saturday by LittlemissL featuring polka dot boots

This is what I need, a pair of wellies and a cute umbrella!

A showery Saturday

Another rainy day in Aberdeen.
I am starting to get fed up with this moody weather! Rain Rain Rain.... and I managed to loose my umbrella, how annoying that is!
Really miss the sunshine in Cebu- Philippines, where I spent a week there sunbathing in summer!
It is stressful to find a perfect outfit for this weather, the only thing I can think of right now is a rain coat, a pair of wellingtons and an umbrella! That would do me great without getting wet.
Hunters has actually got a new section of 'Hunters for fashion'. There is a big range of wellies in colours like pink, purple, violet, metallics etc... of course the classic colour of black, brown and green too!

Believe me it can be a cool fashion statement as you can see celebrities and models wearing them.

even a piglet is wearing wellies, how cute!
